Form Studio support
For a question, a bug or feedback, email support@jimdoes.it. You can also open Settings → Support inside Form Studio.
Include your device model, iOS version, the app version and what happened. Please avoid sending private forms or signatures. A blank sample or a description is usually enough to start.
Get a cleaner scan
Place the paper on a contrasting, flat surface with even light. Keep all four corners visible and avoid casting a shadow on the page. Review the crop before adding the scan.
For a photo import, adjust the suggested corners to the edges of the paper. Try Clean for document contrast or Mono for black and white. Original preserves the photo’s color. If a corner isn’t detected, you can position it yourself.
Type and place an answer
Choose Text, tap where the answer belongs and type directly on the document. Tap Done to finish. Use the field’s Edit action for text size and alignment, or More → Field list for an accessible list of your answers.
Use Move to reposition a field. Text box lets you deliberately draw a region. Field suggestions may miss a line or identify the wrong area, so review them before filling the form.
Add a signature
Choose Sign to draw or reuse a signature. A typed signature is also available. Position it on the page and review it before export. The recipient decides whether the signature format is acceptable for their form.
Export and share
Open the PDF preview to check the exact output, then use Save to Files, Share or Print. Email and cloud storage destinations depend on the apps and accounts available on your device. Form Studio does not send a file until you choose a destination and complete that app’s flow.
If text is too large for its box, adjust the box, shorten the text or reduce the font size, then preview again.
Recover or remove a form
Forms you move to Trash can be restored from Trash. Permanent deletion removes the app’s saved copy and can’t be undone. Exported PDFs you saved elsewhere remain in their chosen location; remove those through Files or the destination app.

Form Studio is planned as a one-time US $9.99 App Store purchase, with all features included and no subscription. Local prices may vary. Apple handles purchases, billing and refund requests through your Apple Account.
